Dear first-year students of the winter semester 26/27,
Every semester we, the student council of the Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Information Technology and Media Technology at the University of Wuppertal, organise an orientation week (Welcome Week) for all new students of the faculty.
We have put together a varied programme for this exciting week.
The aim is to build up social networks and get to know university life at the University of Wuppertal.
Your newly found fellow students and you can face the challenges of studying together. Because it's not only easier together, it's also more fun ;)
The Welcome Week takes place from Monday 12nd October to Friday 16th October 2026.
The Welcome Week programme can be downloaded below.
We look forward to seeing you there!
